Who are we?

We are a Conflict Mitigation and Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centered Law Firm  with experience in offering Consultancy Services, Program Management, Sector Wide Coordination, and Adjudication among others.

Our Outlook towards Dispute Resolution:

We focus on streamlining processes with the aim of minimizing/preventing occurrence of disputes/conflict.

Where conflict/disputes occur, we advocate for the use of ADR (Appropriate Dispute Resolution) avenues such as Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration because we strongly believe that not every dispute should end up in court.

We view diversion of deserving cases from the court system and their appropriate resolution outside courts as a big contribution towards the reduction of the cost of administration of justice and as an avenue that allows disputants to secure durable win-win solutions.
