Persons of majority age are free to enter into marriage.
We offer advice and guidance on the kind of marriages recognized under our laws , the procedures to follow in solemnization of the different types of marriages as well as how to deal with scenarios where procedures leading to solemnization of marriages were not properly followed . We equally provide direction in cases of marital melt down .

b) Child Rights Promotion & Protection
Parenting comes with a broad range of responsibilities that are geared towards safeguarding the rights of children. Ideally children should grow up with and be cared for by their biological parents/ families. However sometimes certain situations arise that necessitate placement of children under Alternative Care. Here at BLCA we champion promotion and protection of children rights through addressing matters relating Parentage/Paternity , Custody , Maintenance , having children under an Alternative Care Framework , Children of Incarcerated Parents, Street Children, and Children in conflict with the law etc.

c) Administration of Estates
Administration of Estates if not well managed can be a very fertile ground for property disputes, crime and disturbed communities. BLCA, offers support and guidance on the Administration/ Management of Testate Estates , Intestate Estates , Estates of Missing Persons and Estates of Persons with Mental Health Challenges.

d) Trusts

e) Gender Justice
