A) Family Law

B) Property Acquisition and  Management
Property ownership should bring about contentment not anxiety. Our Firm places emphasis on carrying out due diligence in property acquisitions and management. Geared towards securing a pleasant relationship between property owners and their clients, we pay specific attention to clarity of terms and conditions of contracts, proper records management, and debt clearance engagement. We also provide support to our clients regarding compliance with legal requirements.

C) Labour Relations
As a conflict prevention tool, our firm advocates for transparent recruitment processes, as well as clarity of roles, responsibilities and expectations in Employment Contracts. We also offer coaching and mentoring on management of employer-employee relations. Where disputes arise we offer mediation and arbitration services which we believe are the most appropriate modes of dispute resolution.

D) Program Management,Research, Quality Assurance and Training 
We offer consultancy and legal support services, carry out drafting, document reviews and quality assurance; conduct research and reporting for entities which wish to maintain a lean staff structure.

E) Pre-Trial Evaluations
Not every dispute should end up in court. We do evaluations to determine case strengths and weaknesses and guide on the most appropriate dispute resolution mode. It’s only matters that truly deserve litigation that should end up in Courts of law.

F) Human Rights
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and compliance with the Probono Service requirement, we are engaged in Human Rights advocacy, with a focus on Child Rights, Gender Justice, and Enhancing Access to Justice especially through Conflict Mitigation and the use of ADR.
